best upgrade after pipe?

so far, 06 sj :b-pipe,solas c,works grate, ww cone, primer.
i need to make choice between ada head or v-force reeds or shold i do both.
i don't wanna sacrifice too much reliability.
please advice any other upgrade that is better or should be done before those two.
thanks

thanks for the replys.
so, if buy the 07 reeds they will be in glass. that's perfect.
for the head, should i buy blowsion or ada, and will i need anything else to make it fit.
will 170psi be enough

when i did this i went with the head next
i raised compression to 185 (35cc domes)
over all its a pretty nice and reliable setup

im considering goin with reeds next

but all i have now is
b pipe (limited)
prop
head
reed stuffers
and airfilters

id go with the head

ADA seems to be the preferred choice, but either head will come with what you need.

Before you order new reeds: If you're going to shell out money for new OEM reeds, spend that money on aftermarket CarbonTech reeds instead.
I suggested OEM because they are cheap USED.

thanks again for all the info. i have to say that this website rocks!
i have been posting on pwctoday for months and never got any replys.
but it is still a very good site with a great archive. would not have done much without it.

Creative RE Purchasing
I have a RIVA head. It came with the engine I purchased. Some say they don't like the RIVA style studs, while others do. The RIVA head weighs more, but it works, so if it ain't broke, don't fix it.... right?

Do you have a different ignition cdi or modified your rev limiter? If not, then the stock rev limiter is probably holding you back from full power.

Don't mean to thread-jack, but can someone please explain the added benefit of going to an aftermarket reed?

Call me dumb, but I have flip-flopped back and forth from the cheaper Boyseen reeds to stock (because of breakage) and did notice a slight difference in the way my motor responded, but I was thinking it was something a little tuning would have taken care of.
