Lightning Attack

Holy chit!! Turn it sideways. It is clearly a hole in the ground with fire buring in the back ground. Looks like a war scene.

I would not put it past God to "paint" with exploded house guts at will.

I guess I should feel priviledged that he chose my house for his canvas.

OK...not to me or any ski, but the house got hit by lightning @ 3:40 AM Sat. morning. My roommate was asleep on the bed in these pics. The bolt hit the halfway up the roof, travelled under the porch and into his room.

To this point, I have lost three TVs (24, 27, and 32 inch), a PS II, Sony Home Theater system, 1 computer, headboard, mattress and boxspring.

nice photochop ox!

ha!

Thats really amazing. Must be able to get poon with that story. My house has been hit twice. Even though we have multiple (about 7) trees taller then the house, the lightning still hit and extension cord laying across the lawn, and blew out the socket and fried it to crap. Second time it hit a tree, you can tell where the electricity hit, that parts all dead now. It blew a line of bark off the tree, shredded and burning all over the yard, and where the root went into the ground there was just a hole smoking in the dirt, it was pretty wicked awesome.

Sorry to hear about all the stuff that got fried. Hopefully your homeowners will reimburse you well enough.
