I've been hovering in the high 170's now. Lowest I was last week was 176. This is right were I should be, I think, so I don't plan on any more weight loss. That's about 20 lbs since New Years in 3 months!181. Another 2 pounds. That's 15 since New Years. Where's everybody at?

Not as much progress as I had hoped but I haven't had much time to do anything about it.I need to get in on this. I've put on a lot of weight (20-25lbs) since I was injured a year ago. I could really use the motivation.
