Home depot has a pipe cap that will block off the OEM filler on the tank if that is what you are asking .1-1/2 inch pipe cap .it's a piece of rubber that fits over the end with a radiator clamp .

The seal that blocks water entry into the hull on the OEM setup (and blocks fuel exit on the internal fuel fill mod), do you guys know if that is fuel safe?

That's what everyone uses to do the tank mod and it's best to use a new gasket .

hangtime are you taking about the black rubber pipe couplers, reducers, endcaps that they have at the stores? thats what i was gonne use but i just wanted to make sure they were fuel safe.
