SJ Steering Cable Differences

Anyone know what the difference is between these 2 SJ cables:
GM6-61481-10-00 06-07 SJ
GM6-61481-00-00 96-05 SJ
They are both listed as 121.25 length 4.0 inch throw ( on SBT at least).

Is there a shorter version? Ore is oem possible to shorten?
I have a Revolver hull and the cable is way too long.
