is the exhaust leaving the engine on the round nosess 2.5 inches or does that change from the waterbox to the back of the ski. cause the square system is 2inches through out the system.

now if i bought a b pipe from a round nose what would i have to do to make it fit?

the exhaust size difference has me confused and i don't remember how the round nose was set up.

You do not have to do anything except make sure your exhaust tubes line up. The b-pipe is 2in at the end and if you have a square waterbox w/ 2in inlet all you have to do it cut the tube to fit, the rest is not effected by the b-pipe. If you switch to a roundnose water box that has a 2.5in inlet and outlet, then you will have to get reducers or upgrade to a larger diameter hose comming off the waterbox. You will also have to buy a 2in to 2.5in 45 degree silicone coupler to connect the chamber to the waterbox.

I'm just rocking two heavy duty hose clamps with no exhaust leaks. It's not the best thing to do but it has beenw orking for 2 years now

b pipe was designed for the square nose you just cut the oem hose from pipe to waterbox
the round nose has its own pipe/waterbox hose to make the size difference
good luck
