Waterbox rubber padding

Guys I am trying to figure out what everyone uses for the rubber padding the waterbox sits in for a Waveblaster 1. Mine is wore out.

I have attached a pic of another Blaster where the waterbox would sit. The part I'm looking for are the rubber rectangular pieces. Thanks!

These have long been discontinued but they pop up every now and then on eBay. These mats are made by Radz Inc and work pretty well. Otherwise you can just use Hydroturf.

Cool thanks guys. I know the waterbox doesn't get that hot but just in case I suppose hydroturf will hold up to the heat?

So what is you guys preferred glue to glue down Hydroturf?

The water box will never get hit enough to cause any issues. As far as glueing the hydroturf, you don’t need to. The water box will hold it down.

I agree with the stuff on the bottom not needing to be glued. But there are a couple of vertical pieces that will need to be glued.
You can see them in the pic at the top.

From the factory those little rubber pieces are held down with basically a superglue.
Fuel/Oil in the bottom of the hull softens the rubber and then they come loose and you see them floating around down in the bilge.
I usually just clean it up with some good contact cleaner, scuff it and superglue the rubber back down.
If you need some of that rubber,... I have a bunch. Be happy to send you a piece.
