ace hardware has a pretty decent selection for sure
and def magnet test it for iron content, less the better obviously but def try ace

Ace Hardware.

I used both 18-8 and 316 stainless bolts on my ski. Have not noticed a considerable difference in the corrosion resistance of either.

The stuff you get from the hardware store is probably 18-8.

316 or 316L is the medical stainless grade stuff (more$$).

3rd for Ace... good assortment as well (depending on the size of your store)... some carry more than others. I'm going back for my 2nd trip there this week.

I think Hot Products carries a lot of 304 in their catalog.

I got all mine from Hot Products through Zigler.

I buy most of my stainless hardware on eBay. Most of it comes form the UK. The M10x1.25 is difficult to find in an allen head but all of the other common sizes are readily available. A superjet is held together mainly with M6x1.0, M8x1.25 and M10x1.25.

Tell me what you need, Toby has the hook up on stainless hardware at wholesale cost. The only thing they have not had is the B-pipe mnfld to headpipe bolts.

Ace hardware if you have one local... carry good selection of SS metric in the pitches needed for PWC and even have socket head and cap head(rounded head allen?) at my local store.

this is just for the pole bracket and hood hooks so I dont really care of they're metric or SAE, just want something that will last!

In that case, ACE should carry what you need in std size. I don't remember what's needed for the bracket, though. Pat knows.
