i'm supposed to be the crash test dummy when it comes out and i will try and roll it off the first 2' wake i see, but under normal circumstances, NO! i've seen the pix with the seat on it and it looks really cool with the high seat.Does Buzzard rip fixed steer?!
It's -4 from a sujerjet in the rear and -5 in the front. 9" shorter overall. (please dont hold me to those exact numbers but they are really close)All layups will be available and all will be vacuum infused.I'm looking for a replacement for my X-2, this could be it. Might need to be shorter on rear of hull for flatwater flips
I took 6" off the nose and 8" off rear of my X-2 hull, some days I think I should have only taken 4"-6" off the rear. Is it wider than a SXR on the Hull? It's -4 from a sujerjet in the rear and -5 in the front. 9" shorter overall. The hull is about 2" wider in the front area then the same towards the rear. I always liked the way my gen 2 was able to slide if you wanted but could also be leaned over and would carve a hard turn. It seems most flat water people like the ski to be able to slide. This ski was designed as a freeride ski but should be a capable flat water ski as well. Similar in length to a -4 super freak. It will fit a full size gas tank with a b pipe setup or similar. Also can be fueled from the outside. The steering stems will be provided by me as well. They will be specific to this hull.I took 6" off the nose and 8" off rear of my X-2 hull, some days I think I should have only taken 4"-6" off the rear. Is it wider than a SXR on the Hull?
The laminate models showed a range of 60-75# for carbon epoxy and 90-105# for glass. These numbers may vary because of the seat and the base size.Any idea on weight yet? Carbon or glass lay-ups? I also like the idea of some kind of seat like @mydixiewrecked suggested.
