i have a prox piston and theres a number writtin on the top of it (1.50) but i dont know the size of the piston in mm can someone help me please?

Should mean it's 1.5 mm over stock. If this is in a Yamaha 701 then piston would be 82.5mm. Get some calipers.

If it is a yamaha 701, then stock bore is 81mm, and 1.5mm oversize makes it a 82.5mm.
If it is a yamaha 760, then stock bore is 84mm, and 1.5mm oversize makes it a 85.5mm.
