Then it would have took out the hood too.....flimsy bending ass poles...I hate mine. This was an older xmw form what i understand....had that problem but the 2nd and 3rd gens are better

UMI's break also.
XMetal prob has a better warranty, Pat would replace mine if I broke the one I have, had it since 2004, I dont think UMI would do that.

You guys over there on the west side need to give more love to Pat... His pole is the best one out there... All poles will break, just depends on the situation and rider. :biggrin:

I run a UMI but wish I had a RRP, RRP's are by far the strongest poles on the market (and you pay for the strength).
