Freestyle Riding Training and general lifestyle change

since the OP doesnt like me, thinks i'm an idiot and just your basic hazzard on the water, i havent deemed him worthy to receive any of my infinite knowledge on this subject. i'm just here to back up my gym rat, iron worshiping buddies. :)=
AND if you cant gain weight, you arent eating enough, PERIOD! you may think you are, but you're not!

I'm fine with what I'm doing. I'm stronger in every Olympic lift, faster in long and short distance running, more flexible, and faster in every crossfit benchmark workout than I ever have been. My mile time is 5:50 with no running outside of crossfit, and my power clean is just over 1.5 times my body weight. The strength to cardio is exactly where I want it.

...chaos? Its Fair!
That's good. I have no care in the world for cardio other than the stair stepped to define the quad and the inner thigh. Power cleans are useless to me.
