Super Jet leaky rear crank seals?

Engine sat on the shelf for over a month. I don't remember of having the leak when I took it off the ski. Is that normal from engine seating for longer time or I should replace the crankshaft seals? Also this BB engine has been used for only a season. It was sold to me as new, however I had a bunch of issues with it.. Could a bad (unbalanced) crank cause vibrations, therefore the seals leak?

Shouldn't leak just sitting there. Sure it came from inside and not just collecting there from running down outside of the motor?

Do a leakdown test. Mine looked minty and had air leaking from the rear seal, can't imagine how that sucker will hold up.
