Anyone see a problem with just installing another outlet next to the original outlet on the water box to run the front exhaust off of? I was planning on 2” front and 2 ½” rear.

I was just talking about this yesterday, and I don't see any reason why it would not work. It would be a lot more clean than a tee...

I don't know what goes into the design of them but there might be a loss in back preassure because you are nearly doubling the size of the outlet.

Just what I need comments from the sponsored rider. You just ride and practice and I will take care of your ski. :cheer:

When you get home please have the water box out of the black ski. Thanks!

Observation I pulled the water box and looked inside the outlet pipe. The outlet runs to the bottom of the water box. I believe I need to do the same thing for my 2" pipe that will be the front exhaust. I will cut a 2" hole in the location of the new pipe and take a look inside.

I am still saying LOUD.. IF you want loud exhaust then open it up so that there is no change in the sound wave speed..... Ever ride in a truck with open headers.

the new pipe for the front will also be on the back side of the baffel like the exit is now.

I was thinking of removing my outlet all together and going to two small front outlets. I was thinking of having one on each side. It would be nice not to have that hose running through the engine compartment.

It would make a clean engine compartment but why not just use one side exhaust pipe. A lot of pro riders have just one side exhaust only.

Unless you are like me and can't stand things that arn't symetrical
