SX/SXi/SXi Pro Kawasaki SXI Big Pin 750- New

Hello All,

So i just recently purchased my good friends, brother's stand up. The motor blew due to someone not knowing how to ride and getting water in to the Carbs.
The ski is pretty sweet, it is a 2001 SXI Big Pin 750. It has a ton of Supporting Mods, he is dropping in new pistons 1 size bigger, new crank and all new seals. Cylinders are going to the machine shop. He will also be doing a good carb cleaning as well, the guy doing the build knows his stuff; he is a mechanical engineer and will be laser balancing the entire motor. The ski has always been reliable and starts up every year; I have good faith it will be even better now.

The ski currently has a dual exhaust with the stock water box; i've been contemplating weather or not i should do an after market waterbox but have some hesitation.
1) Will I lose any power down low by changing the water box?
2) Will the ski be too loud with the dual exhaust?
3) will the ski need to be re-tuned with the changing of the waterbox?
4) What is one of the better water boxes for this ski and setup?
5) Does anyone have an aftermarket waterbox for sale?
6) Is an aftermarket waterbox lighter?

I'm pretty new to the stand up scene, and very new to this website.
I look forward to speaking with all of you and appreciate any feed back!
I will keep everyone updated on the build and post pictures along the way. I will also include a mods list; the set up is pretty impressive.

Thank you,
Adam

What do you mean when you say "least of my concerns with a 750"?
