Custom/Hybrid Pump shoe carnage

I was riding yesterday while a friend on a boat was taking a bunch of video. Last night I looked at the footage and saw something funky in one of the upside down pics. It looked mp like my intake grate was hanging down. So I took a look at the ski and found that the grate was indeed just hanging on by the front two bolts and down about 1.5 inches in the back. The pump shoe came apart and the inserts pulled right out. Wanting to ride today, I just zip-tied the back of it down and rode. Lol
I really do need to replace it, though.
