Super Jet 93 SN 650 Superjet improvements

when I was explaining the 701 swap my friend, he brought up the idea of swapping the prop, the intake grate, and the ride plate until I do the swap. My question is if I do all those parts, if I can still use them after the 701 swap...

I am looking for more thrust rather than speed since I am getting more into freestyle. What do you think?

Impeller, intake, and plate are all great upgrades that can be used with a 701 also. You should check out jetmaniacs ported 718 motors. For $1650 you can have a ported motor that rips instead of dicking around with a stock 61x motor.

sn is same bottom hull as a rn and the handpole bracket is in the same place other than changing the motor the benefits are few between the sn and rn, such , as am hoods, and nose covers

I swapped a 62t out of a 96 blaster into my square nose, I bought the complete motor with ebox and carbs for 500, plug and play. I rode it all summer until a piston let go, parted the ski out and bought a round nose. I regret that decision every day, round noses have a really narrow tray, and the pole bracket is way higher up. I am getting more used to it now, but still wish I could find a cheap square again.

dont ditch it yet man, i was able to convince a buddy to buy the raider i used to swap with with the 650 in it. he knew exactly what he was getting, a running ski with ported 650 and a trailer for 400 with titles. my total investment was 600, including a bpipe. on the other hand jetmaniac seems to put out a fenominal product, iv never ridden one of his motors but hes a great guy to deal with and you only hear good things...
