You got me my stock pulley works just fine but I did get one on a set of carbs and sold it for 25 bucks.

X2 I never needed one until I got the kawi cable. One advatange though is you can barry the cable in on both ends and still adjust it correctly

I only paid $18 a piece for both mine.

I was able to modify my stock setups for the Kawi cables but the boysen manifold didn't have the same adjustability so I had to buy the drums. I'm sure I could have made something to work but the drums are way too simple and will make everything easier from this point forward.

I run a Kawi cable with stock manifold and stock throttle wheel. Just had to move the "cable keeper" from the top of the manifold to the bottom.

This becomes somewhat more difficult with different intake manifolds.

Alright, thanks guys. I just wasn't sure if it also moved the point of cable pull closer (less cable pull with more rotation) or further out (more cable pull).

Yup, $29 bucks a pop versus $135 is a no brainer. If you spend a fraction of what you save on the billet wheel, you will still be under $50 and it will install and adjust in minutes.

Kawi cables are stronger, cheaper and don't require a throttle adapter with aftermarket triggers

Yup, there's another $12 savings so really the throttle wheel works out to be free. :biggrin:

Yeah same here. I've been putting it off for a while but last time I connected it, I noticed that almost half of the cable was frayed. I just bought a new cable and wheel from jetmaniac.
