riser bars

looking at some riser bars for my wcf ski, are they worth it, and what kind would fit my x-metal steering system

slap a rick roy on that jank imo. well worth the money. had one on the old style pole and now one on the new style.

Not sure if the RRP risers would fit the x-metal steering, but I have 2 sets of RRP's and they are awesome! Way better than straight bars.

I run the Blowsion riser bars and love them!!!

rrp steering fits both old style and new style x metal poles. just gotta do some drilling that takes 5 mnin

I'm running UMI bars for a Seadoo XP... they are 2" riser and 30" wide.. frigging awesome! got them from ebay

Blowsion has a clamp that will bolt to that your turn plate to allow you to run the fat bars and fat riser bars.

I really like the risers.

I actually just swapped to a riser setup myself and was pleasantly surprised at how confortable it was...my setup is not very traditional but works quite well and is low cost...I have a modded stock turnplate to accept a set of protaper SE 7/8 bars (KTM 50 bend) 3 inch rise 25.5 wide and 1.75 pull back.

Yup. I was really surpised at how much more comfortable my new bars are. 1. wider bars helped with my overall body position and took some of the pressure off my shoulders. Now when I ride my buddies ski with std straight bars I feel crampt. The wider bars help with my leverage in rolls too. 2. The riser bars feel way better when riding in surf and heading into a BR. I can put the pole all the way down without killing my lower back.

Overall, prbly the best handling mod I've done.

This is my new set up I finnished last night. I got the 75 mm risers from RRP and took my old Xmetal Plate, drilled and tapped it for some big bar clamps from Pro Taper.
