I loaded a curve on last week and I want to change it, so when i plug my lap-top in to the epic with the landyard in my laptop wont connect to th epic??? now im sitting on the beach....
I had trouble getting mine to connect to the computer on my workbench. First I couldn't get my computer to let me choose which driver I wanted then it still wasn't working. Then suddenly it was working and I loaded the curve then to make sure it was right I changed the curve on the screen and loaded the curve back from the epic. Then suddenly the connection stopped working and I could never get it to work again.
At least I got my curve loaded but I dread the next time I try to change it.
There have been a few different issues with them but that is the first time I've heard of fuses popping. Do a seach on the EPIC, there are a few different threads going now with lots of info. I would start by verify all your wiring and connections, being mindfull of the possibility of a pinched or shorted wire. Have you tried connecting up your old CDI to see if it works still? That would help rule out the CDI and narrow down the issue.
