Custom/Hybrid Watercraft Factory 05 ski cutting short build up

Because saw the thread about the Nose modifiction so I have cut my 05 WF ski front and rear 10 cm short here is my build up~

Day 1: Cut the rear 10cm off I done the buttom shorted before is not a hard job but this time I'm cutting the top deck rear 10 cm of too, WF 05 ski have side exaust and rear hand holds it took me few hours to cut and remove the sections I want.

Attach the end back to the deck then the Footholds gose in~

Rear section is done put it side by side with BUN 09 Hull.

Now it's time to cut the Nose get the "Nose Job" start it!

I have build a Kat gas tank and the battery tray holder in Hull with Carbon Fiber reinforce to hold the nose section make sure it's strong enough.

Not much the pole and turf is done, Now I'm waitting some parts for my engine will post some pics soon.

Does WCF use paint or gelcoat? I am curious to see if that glass holds to that paint like it would glass. I don't trust paint to hold my turf down.

WCF use gelcoat so the paint shop did put the base cote to it before painted, The turf area I grind it to Fiber glass then paste the turf on, Will let everyone know if break off hehe..
