finally more work
Finished the 1 way valve just a little bit ago. I hope i sealed it good, theres quite a bit of silicon and 5200 smeared on it. Going to start trim tube after lunch.

Trim Tube

ribs are gone
Took my dads belt sander to my engine compartment, ribs are now gone :icon16:. I also squirted great stuff foam into the bondline, ill sand that flat tomorrow. So i'm basically ready for reinforcements. View attachment 43664

heres a list of stuff i still need to do :
- fix 2 head bolts on my cylinders
- transfer electrics/flywheel, complete motor
- reinforce under nose, engine comp., tray
- finish my Rn pole, and grind to fit SN bracket
- mod trim for more throw
- re-foam my gunwales, and put in footholds and glass in
- slutty hood mod with hand holds and new liner etc.
- internal fuel fill
- glass over nose piece
- maybe bigger carb, change props
- strip decals, paint
- reassemble....everything
- turf
- barrel roll

did a little fiberglassing yesterday- foamed bondline, a strip over the foam, then a sheet over that. the glass is 12 oz biaxal.

put exhaust tube back in, sealed both ends good this time. I also Foamed today, I must say I enjoyed it. However I hit a little dilemma, so ill have to finish putting the holds in tomorrow.
