Yamaha to Yamaha Engine Transplant?

Hello all,
I have a 91 SJ SN (650), If I get a Yamaha Waverunner III with a 701 what would it take for me to put the 701 in the SJ?

From what i've read, its a direct bolt in.

It bolts right in,make sure to swap out the cdi box when you do it as the rev limit is higher ,then put that 650 back in the waverunner lll and resell it.
