Yup. Been there done that on the last three surfboats I've owned.

Flat land one backflip from 15 feet up and the hull flexes and cracks and leaks from somewhere else.

Not worth the time to try and fix.

Ya the problem is I don't have drain holes and I didn't wana have to take everything apart but it looks like I have to unless I wana leave the water in there

Drill bit and a 10mm bolt does the trick. You'll never get all the water out without refoaming anyhow.

That's how it looked this morning.

You inspired me to go back and add pics to my old build thread. I didn't have a clue what I was doing back then but I took lots of pics that, coupled with the descriptions that other's have posted, should give you a better idea of what you are in for. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't bother but at the same time, I know what I know now, because I did put in the effort at one time.

Thanks a lot for the thread that helps a lot. And if I do just drill a hole until I decide to refoam it won't the back end of the jet ski be pretty much sunk unless ur moving
