I´ve been rebuilding a GP1200R -02.
I had to replace 1 cylinder and 2 pistons.
I replaced it with brand new parts and gaskets on the bottom of the cylinders, exhaust and head gaskets.
When I did a testrun on the trailer it ran great, but when I took it to the lake and started it in the water it ran like

.
I head back to the beach and tried to crank it and the engine would not turn.
Took out the spark plugs and cranked again, and there was water bursting out of the cylinders.
I´ve now teared everything apart again and checked for cracks in the exhaust manifold and even looked at the head gasket. But in my eyes everything seems to be fine. Maybe I´m missing something?
Does anyone have any worthfull tips on what to do?
And PS. I´ve searched every single forum for help, but if I´ve missed a thread that relates to my problem, please post the link. But only if it includes a confirmed sollution to my problem.
