Custom/Hybrid yamaha 144 in an octane

Is this possible, what needs to be done? Is the driveshaft useable?

the pump in a octane is better than a 144 anyways

I know, I dont have the pump and looking for a cheap and easy fix, plan on running yammi power in it also
