Yaa at another stuck flywheel topic

Does the flywheel sit flush against the crank shaft ? If it does them I have made a small amount of progress as to my flywheels barely gapped of from it . Very minimal

I torqued down the flywheel puller and every few days sprayed it with some wd40. After forgetting about it for a month. I came out and whacked it with a hammer and it just fell off. I did heat the hub of the flywheel with a map torch a few times earlier. Watch how hot it gets bc i think the cover to the magnets is plastic.

The one on my wb1 was on pretty good and took a couple hours to get off. Impact gun on the puller and a little bit of heat.

I'm gonna give it a run for its money after work today . I'm gonna stick a ball bearing between puller and crank get the biggest hammer I've got tighten the puller down until it stops and got it with everything I've got hope

This might sound silly, but do you have the engine locked up at all? Like with a flywheel lock or some rope in the cylinder? I didn't ready about that anywhere in the thread. I've pulled flywheels without locking up the engine, but some rope in they cylinder can make all the difference in the world. I assumed you have already done this, but we all make silly mistakes.

No I haven't done that . I was holding a wrench of the flywheel . In the spot that's slotted right outside where the puller goes I hope this makes sense
