xscream 865 questions

Hey guys I have an xscream ss 865 and was wondering what thickness of squish you guys run on a pump gas motor. Aswell what squish are you aiming for. I tried to call xscream with the number off their website but it says it is disconnected.

I have the same motor on pump gas, I could check tonight.

I emailed xscream and they usually get right back to me.

Lol First time someone actually calls a shop and than gets told they should email...usually other way around

I know of a few shops that prefer email, since there hands are usually dirty, they can take breaks threw out the day and check emails.

I checked my squish and it was .054", I run pump gas.

I remember pulling my pumps off my carbs and finding "No Filters"........

Us Tampa guys have been doing this for several years on Chuck's advice without issue.

If you dont have a filter you dont have to worry about clogging it

True, the external filters must suffice...I even run only the oem water trap type too.
