Pat keeping up the amazing customer service... there is not a company out there with as good as service as them...

In Daytona i thought my week was going to be over when i broke a part of my pole in daytona. right on the spot he replaced it saving my weekend and keeping the customer service A+++


after that experience i will ONLY be shopping with Xmetal and telling every one to do the same!

i agree i met Pat at Daytona and let me tell ya he is a class act i was so impressed with his attitude he didnt know me from adam and treated me as if i was a good fiend and that means alot to me he is deff gonna see my buisness from here on out. I stood back and watched him deal with customers and was impressed with how he handled the situations good and bad. awsome guy awsome products and awsome rider.
