X2 Overheating

So for some reason my x2 is running hot. went through all the water lines and found 2 holes.But didnt really help I even switched the 2 lines from the back of the hull as I was told they were wrong but same flow(why same flow)
Even took off the pump ran a zip tie through the elbows and fittings and cant find anything. even opened my hose flush from the head and water was coming out of it but could it still be a head gasket my waterflow out the pisser is also like a water fose on low it's not very strong even at high speeds.Should I be running a pisser it's a stock pipe with mariner water box.Motor was from a different ski and never did this but.

Honestly probably a stupid thing I just read was the crankcase drain sticks sometimes after opening and doesnt seem to seal I actually opened it when we took out the motor out of another ski. also when it ran for 4 hours strong in the new ski I opened it on accident not thinking about anything where is this located and also.But would it just be water coming out slowly so that's why

My ski is a 90
theres 2 water lines from the back
theres 1 on the right side(your facing front)
that 1 goes to exhuast or exhuast mani
the other kinda sits in the the middle and where does that go
