x2 gen 2 1100 build.

hi there i wanted to know of what parts you need to get to put a 1100 motor in a stock x2 gen 2 hull. and where would you put the water box
i appreciate the help

Water box stays in the stock location.

With the x2 you need to run a center bleed modded pipe. No room for the tubes to bend and go back to the water box.

Also there is a member on here named trip. He made me a electrical box bracket to hang the ebox in the stock location. He makes nice parts and is great to deal with.

Other than that I prefer the stx 1100 drive shaft.

thanks a million. have u ridden a 1100 blaster, if u have is it better to run a x2 1100 or 1100 blaster. cant decide on which one.

i much prefer the x2. have riden both stock, an 100 blaster and a 900 tripple x2. some dont like the stability but i enjoy that i can throw the x2 around easier.

I have not ridden a 1100 blaster. I have ridden several gen1 x2 1100. To me I love my gen2 1100. It rails with the sxr bottom. Even though it's heavier the power has enabled me to do so much more. I'm getting some nice 180 stabs and about a 1/2 barrel flop.
