I had a couple of issues getting credit card info to X-Metal works and my order wasn't getting through. A quick email to Pat solved the issue. What could have easily have been a LONG drawn out problem was resolved QUICKLY. He responded to my emails right away, provided a solution to the issue and the products arrived soon there after. There are some aftermarket companies out there that DO care about customer service. I have heard a lot of great things about how Pat works and am glad to report that I am added to a long list of satisfied customers.
