Where do you get them, or which ones fit???

Also any alternatives on throttle cable? Mine is stuck and wont return freely?

what do you mean? I have x-metal bars with xmetal finger throttle, had it 2 seasons now with no trouble. Sounds like you just need to adjust it?

replace with oem throttle cable?

Watercraft factory makes the xmetal chinpads... there are also guys on here that make them as well... do a search for it and you should find a couple...
