I'd recommend a chinpad. WCF or 247. And some sort of breather tubes. You'll probably want to make your own limiting rope.

there arnt any other parts with it, no bar clamps or a way to mount it to the pole, so do i need a complete steering set up from UMI?
im sure pat assumes that everyone is changing out poles but im starting from scrach so i dont even have bolts and what not.
it did come with breather tubes and i have a chin pad.

You'll need:
- Pole/bracket/backing plate
- Bushings
- Bolts - I recommend xmw's
- Breather tubes - need to do some fiberglass work if going dual
- Reinforce under your pole mount area in addition to backing plate
- UMI steering
- Aftermarket turn plate - if xmw, then you'll need straight bars
- Chinpad + turf
- Locking grips
- Shock pad to prevent pole from slamming hood
- Limiting rope
