WTB-- newer Kommander GP1 with the 1500

What's the Top Speed on that Beast?

How fast can you turn that Missile? What are the maximim G's you've seen/felt in a turn?

Can you do a decent 10-Lap Moto yet? How long did it take you to build up the strength and stamina needed to Pilot the GP1?

How many recovery days do you need after a day riding on the Bouy Course?

Well—it will do 72 mph which is average for mild builds (cams and high compression pistons) on race fuel and it pulls hard all the way to the top.
G’s—I have no idea but it turns like nothing else on the water. I’ve had it nearly completely on its side before it unhooked but it will regain flow to the pump after a short slide and it’s back on its feet—amazing, really.
10 Lap Moto—I don’t race—I’m in Portland and know of no races around here. I just ride the Willamette—this week 4 days in a row which was perfect. I usually go out for around 1 hour which is about a 5 gallon ride—nonstop and call it a day. I should add that I do take breaks when needed on the ski—I do not shut it down—I’ll kneel to rest for a minute then get back to the ride.
The more you ride—the more you can ride…
Kommander’s are the best flat-water ski on the market and I highly recommend them. I should say that it did take me about 20 hours of seat time to realize it’s potential and the ski never gets boring.

Well, it sounds like fun but a 4 plus hour round trip and limited riding time does not appeal to me. I guess I’m spoiled by the closeness of the river here.
