Do you still have both halves but the connecting pin broke? If so, I have a bunch of stainless steel roll pins that fit. You can remove both halves of the latch from the ski, hammer in the dowel pin and mount the latch back to the ski. I just did this two weeks ago and it works like a charm. PM me your address and I'll throw a couple in the mail.
