Super Jet wtb: dual sbn 38 intake for my square project

I picked up my first superjet sunday. 1990 square. its a project in pieces but I couldn't pass on the price. its going to be a project for me and my daughter. anyway, the 650 6m6 that came with it has what looks like a mikuni bn 40 or 44 with a external mounted fuel pump. i cant stand bn carbs so i want to put on my brand new sbn 38's on it until i swap in a 61x in it this fall.

the ski has rear exhaust and a Kevlar hood. PO told me it was a rare factory race ski. the 6m6 has the oil injection blocked off from the factory. did all the early 650's come with bn carbs and external fuel pumps? could this really be a old factory race ski?

All 6m6 came with 44 sbns are as far As I know. Big step backwards to have a bn on there. You don't see too many dual 44 none the less 38 manifolds for the 6m6. You may consider just running a 44 sbn
