The bars not only hold you onto the ski during the super flip they allow you to creat leverage to bring your body back into the tray.
Look for a huge article they will be relasing with Ross in PWI i believe in the next issue or two.

I hope more and more people can start rippin the super flips!

oh yea ross uses a rope with an extra loop on it, when he goes for the superbacks he clicks on the short loop.
