Worth it to pull sleeves and port?

Do you have a reason to remove the sleeves other than to port them? You typically would not remove them for a port job. You really need to do some research before you do any cutting on the ports. It's not necessarily that hard, but it sure is easy to screw up.

I've done porting both ways, took the sleeve out and left them in. If your just going to match the transfers with the sleeve, you can just leave them in. If you want to alter the ports then I would probably take them out. Its pretty easy to pop them out.

I wouldn't. (and the pros don't, either)
The sleeves can warp.

Edit: unless you're installing new sleeves, of course

Guess i just thought it would be easier to get to everything since I dont have real porting tools, I was a little worried about them warping. Maybe I'll just leave them. I just don't see how I can get in there to match the transfers any ideas? like what bits to use

Proper porting tools will get you there.
Shy of that, you can use a dremel tool with flex shaft and 90 degree attachment. Just don't expect a pro job with amateur tools.
See the porting 101 thread in the Tech FAQ section.
