He's saying its been done...not by many but some. He said "How many average riders have 10k to blow to have their name in a book" Well somone had the $ to drop if they build a boat doing 85mph. Also I'm guessing RIVA done it way cheaper then any other should could aswell.

If his accomplishment was so easy, then how come no one has done it before? There is a lot more than just money thrown into that boat. I'm sure a ton of engineering has gone into it as well.
I've heard of people suing for a lot worse than what he's sued for. If he owned a business and his business suffered, he has every right to sue if he can prove his allegations are true, no?
I think it's funny because as soon as something involves a sitdown, everyone seems to poke jest. I thought this site was supposed to be a place where people could come and speak their minds? I am just as a hardcore (if you want to call it that) standup fan as the next guy on this board, but I'm not going to waste my time ripping on someone.

Douglee, there is way more than just that lawsuit. The dude was ripping off peeps. He was doing mods for others and was using their machines for his testing purposes. It was a business, a bad business. This goes back 7-8 years or so.
