So i reinforced my hulll and the last batch of 3:1 epoxy i mixed up never really got hard. I guess the last batch was mixed to cold. Is there anything i can do to get it to set up?

Put some heat on it for a while. It may have a sticky film on the surface (blush) that solvent will remove.

A heat lamp would work well if you don't have a space heater.

its been soft for about a few weeks. But in a cold shop. I can try putting a light on it.

Had the same issue with 5200 last year. 100watt bulb in a trouble light worked wonders.
