I wear a size 10. everyone said the cyclones would work great for that.

To de foam you just cut the tray out???? I would be afraid would F up trying to glass it back up?

From my experience most of your wet foam will be in the center of the ski under the drive shaft and back under your exhaust outlet.

Then don't, I'm sure your foam is fine, save yourself a lot of work and time and leave it alone......................IMHO

Screw a scupper/dump valve.... worst mistake I ever made and mine doesn't leak while sitting.....

Lost the ski twice now and it's gotten rolled upside down... scupper just acts like a vent to let water gush in fast enough to ingest water if you're not on top of it to rightside. I have two 500 Attwoods and they did more work then the scupper anyway, so now it's blocked off and probably won't be used ever again.

for years I only ran a scupper and 2 bilges........ with my newer hull that has regular scupper and the second scupper in the pump area I absolutely love it, water gets out of the hull very fast.......

Install the scupper, you can always put a temporary plug in from the engine bay if needed.

do you guys know if wammers trim system venturi is bored? I know alot of guys bore out to 85mm

Not everyone runs a bored nozzle. It depends on your set up, short cone and stock nozzle works best on mine.
