I paid $9250 for it. Overall its in really good shape but could definitely use a hood seal though. Like i said i only listed the major things done to the ski. Has 2 scuppers, a bilge pump, lowered hood and nose piece, aluminum shortened pole, lowered pole bracket for the RRP pole, etc. When wamiltons made the hull they reinforced the whole inside with kevlar/carbon. Now its going to get a fresh coat of paint and re turfed in a couple weeks.

Is the hull the same width as oem hull? I see its shorter by quite a bit...?

I was reading on wamiltons website and they said that the hull is just a tiny bit wider to fit the gp800 in the ski. Never measured it yet. Just looking at it, it looks the same as my other one.

Wasn't Eric Malone sponsored way back in 1997? I think Eric was already riding for Polaris when GP800 swaps came into existence.

A GP800 motor will fit in a stock Superjet with WDK mounting kit, so the hull may not be any wider at all.

293 lbs? I seriously doubt that. The GP800 stuff is HEAVY. I have a Wamilton's hull (not cutback though) and it weighs 310ish. the GP800 setup would add 30 lbs to that.

You did however get a good looking ski for a price way, way below what it would cost to build it. Raisinbread on this forum has a WDK REV top deck conversion with a similar motor (950cc) and I've seem him to a 3/4 barrell roll from his own wake while carrying almost no speed...just powered through it. I think a flat water back flip is possible if you have the skill. I've got a back-flippable setup myself, but not enough skill/balls. haha.

hey man im just going by what the guy i bought it said. I didn't actually weigh it myself yet. I also have no clue about eric Malone. There is a guy that rides with Eric Malone and goes to events with Eric at our river but i have no clue about eric himself and his skis. Once again im going by what the guy said that i bought the ski.
