will fiberglassing stick to plastic?

im getting ready to put matte padding on my stock chin pad, ive removed the existing vinly and foam and b4 i was going to stick the new padding on i was thinking of filling all the voids and cavities for a better stick, and i wasnt sure if the fibreglass would stick- already roughed it up -will it stick?

most of the time it will. most hard plastics you can

From what i recall reading when i was learning about fiber glass it wont.

Just use Epoxy and you will be good to go.

don't think it'll stick to the oem pad shell.
