as a complete motor swap, yes, you just have to reduce down the threads for the exhaust manifold or drill out the manifold for larger bolts.......... or you can just use the cylinders and bore the cases to fit..........still have to modify the bolts for the exhaust.

so the exhaust manifold jsut needs bigger holes to put the bolt throught ot bolt the exhaust to the clyinder. what about the size of the exhuast compared to the 760 exhaust ports?

You need to enlarge the 8 holes in the manifold.
Or put inserts into the cylinder holes.

It is a lot easier to use the timserts and your bolts those stock bolts for the 760 are xpensive if you don't already have them.

The carbs should be tuned to the motor already. However, they'll be setup for a sitdown. That includes staggered jetting.
So yes, a bit of tuning, but probably not much.

No, you will probably need to rejet. One main will be 135, the other will be 132.5. That is necessary in sitdowns because of crank torsion or something like that.
Your standup has different requirements.
Also, I think the compression is staggered.
