WOW nitro exhaust is that bad then I better quit running the buggy in the house..LOL

I never really had a problem at the races after a few minutes your eyes burn but I was told that it was the unburnt fuel in the air but no respirators. I have a few crew chiefs in the family so the drags are a comon thing.

nitro aint the easyiest thing to tune if you have it to rich it can still look lean on the plugs and i am pretty sure it is like methanol to set up methanol uses twice as much fuel as gasoline so unless you are riding right near a ramp you would need that extra power to compensate for the 40 litre fuel tank in the front

my dad used to run his race boat on nitro/alcohol mix, it made awesome power and was actually pretty reliable but you MUST fog the motor after you run it. he let it go for a week and it rusted up and ruined everything. i havent figured out why the flatwater pros arent running methanol, it makes more power then gasoline, and makes motors run cooler. only draw back i see is that you must burn around twice as much to make power. but for a two minute run, who cares?? also it isnt available everywhere.
