Two strokes are going to be more forgiven as far water ingestion. Water mixes with the air in crankcase area before it goes into the cylinders. Hopefully, because the cylinder does not get a full dose of water, the water will foul the plugs before damage is done. At any case, if water or fuel locks the motor the plug need pulled because they’re fouled.

Ha, the previous "rotary" thread had me eying a cherry series 2 (gen 1 here in the states) rx7 but it was just too nice to molest. A Turbo IV Miata has been on my mind since they first came out. It's what Mazda should have built.
