well i am pretty certain i know what casued my top end melt down i had several weeks back. i was running a 132.5 main jets, she seemed strong at that point.
after the rebuild i put in 135's
well fast forward to today, just put in 145 mains and think i maystill go up to 150's
ooooooooooppppppppsssssssssss
i guess i was just a LITTLE lean

man what a difference though, it was like a pipe and flywheel mod all at once.

i never had a reference point on this ski to know what it should be running like when i open her up, since she has always been a basket case

odd though being that lean i would figure i should have had a nasty hesitation, i guess it could not even get that far
oh well live an learn i guess

actaully it's kind of cool cuz now it's like a have a new ski. for a year i have been chasing demons in this thing, and i think i almost have them all exercised out

the low end is absolutely dialed in and it pulls mega hard in the mid to top / now when i goose the throttle it will litterally pull out from under my knees if i am kneeling on it

i am 2.5 turns out on the big end screws though so i will jump up a size tonight again
bummer is i will be drinking the gas i think

hmmmm 150's seemed kinda crappy, didn't get to tune much today tough as it was nice big 4-6 footers trying to eat me.
kinda killed my bottom end it seemed . is that possible?
