Super Jet why do i have so much corosion in my ski

i had a problem a month ago with my ebox being all f$%K up with corosion so i cleaned it up put in a new relay cleand the battery terms cause they were all good up to and it was fine. the other day i went to start it and the relay was bad again and when i opened up the eboxs it was all full of corrosion again and the battery terminals were so bad again it would make a good connection. what would cause this?

This is a Superjet, right? First of all it sounds like you have a leaky e-box. Go ahead and get a new gasket and clean up both sides of the housing so that you have a good sealing surface. Also check the seal on the front where the cap screws on the fuse compartment. Next thing would be to coat your connections with dielectric grease before you seal it all back up. Same goes for connections outside the e-box, including battery terminals - get some dielectric grease on there. Check the connections to the starter too - I'd expect them to be green and nasty given your other experiences.

I say it so often, I should put it in my signature: new gasket plus some 1211. Problem solved.

Yeah, 1211 is your friend. And before you worry about what a mess you will have to clean up to reseal it in the future, 1211 cleans off really easily to go back to a nice fresh sealing surface.
