the last few years its been just south of sand highway by mm 5...get too close to the beginning and there wont be much room for those who show up later...
lol, with Pismo having such bad water quality compared to other beaches here on the central coast, and all this rain we're getting..I wouldn't be surprised to see a turd floatin in the lineup.

How about everyone chime in and make a group decision on what area we want to be in?
Since we're hoping to be there fairly early in the afternoon on Thursday, I can bring some caution tape and rope off the area so we'll have some room.

on big weekends a reservation from http://www.reserveamerica.com/ is necessary..i dont remember if it was too busy last year but previous year it correlated with the worcs race and it was chaos...its definitely nice to have reservations but probably not worth the 7.50 this time
